'The least we can do': How you can thank custodial staff who cleaned up after Capitol riot

Sharon McMahon and many of us were moved seeing the custodial staff cleaning the Capitol after it was ransacked on January 6, so our lawmakers could finish the process of counting the electoral votes. McMahon, however, took it a step further. She made arrangements for us to thank the heroes.

"It's the least we can do, to send a note saying thank you so much for your service. Your service has not gone unnoticed. It's important to me," said McMahon.
