Last week there were four important rulings issued against defendants in the landmark federal lawsuit (Sines v. Kessler) which alleges a racially-motivated violent conspiracy in violation of the Ku Klux Klan
Act. The trial is scheduled for October 25, 2021. The lawsuit, backed by Integrity First for America (IFA), is being brought against the two dozen neo-Nazis, white supremacists and hate groups responsible for the August 2017 violence in Charlottesville.
