U-M board votes to censure Regent Ron Weiser
The University of Michigan Board of Regents voted in a special meeting April 2 to censure Ronald Weiser, Republican state party chair, and chairman and
CEO of McKinley Properties, for calling three top state leaders “witches” and suggesting they be burned at the stake. The resolution called for Weiser to resign but he refused to do so.
