When many Republicans spread inaccurate accounts of the January 6 insurrection some are actually calling out that effort for what it is. And Liz Cheney isn’t the only one. On Sunday, Congressman Fred Upton (R-MI) cited their “bogus” claims about the deadly mob violence as evidence of the need for the bipartisan commission to investigate the incident. Upton was one of only 10 House Republicans who voted to impeach Trump for his role in inciting the riot. Read more here. -CNN
