21-Day Equity Challenge–Nonprofit Enterprise at Work and United Way invite you to a community conversation

October 30, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

This is a second offering for those individuals who were unable to register for the first community conversation on 10/21*

Have questions about the content you are engaging with during the Challenge? Want to connect with others and reflect on our shared experiences? Then bring your lunch and join us for a community conversation, hosted by Nonprofit Enterprise at Work and United Way of Washtenaw County.

Our purpose? 1. reflect on our experience throughout the Challenge, 2. Share your experience with others, 3. connect and build new relationships with allies in this work, and 4. explore, identify and commit to taking action(s) to address inequity in yourself, your organization and your community/ies.

We believe in the power of this collectives experience and power of collective reflection. During our time together, we will work to meaningfully expand and build on the power of connectedness through storytelling– your story and our story as a community, because justice is at the heart of equity work, and it is the work of many hands.

We’ll be kicking off with a panel discussion and then moving into facilitated breakout groups. We’ll provide potential prompts for your to explore during these sessions. We invite you to use this time as you see fit to go deeper on a particular topic, explore the questions that have come up for folks, and create connections with one another.

Please join us. Register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/community-conversation-2-on-the-21-day-equity-challenge-tickets-125328299317
