Call with MI Resistance

This week they will support Bi-Partisan Criminal Expungement Reform. While they are happy to call the GOP Representatives on the House Judiciary committee to express our support, they will also urge them to improve these bills by making expungement automatic for use and possession and to include offenses such as manufacture or possession of marijuana with intent to distribute as eligible for expungement.
